Solahma Bondsman
Mechwarrior Cyric was a Nova Cat bondsman. After several years in Clan Hell’s
Horses, he was captured just months before a promotion to Star Commander.
As a bondsman, he faced stiff competition earning his Mechwarrior status.
Though he felt he had performed well beyond what his rank suggested, Cyric
was never promoted to Star Commander. Cyric has twice struggled in two
different Clans to reach a higher rank. However his abrupt restart when taken
as a bondsman robbed years from his progress, sentencing him to a Solahma
rank.
Mechwarrior Cyric was killed while defending retreating forces against a Word
of Blake strike on the Strider’s Strikers Headquarters in 3068. His Barghest,
under his guidance and well-trained hands, was able to destroy four enemy
Mechs before falling to massed weapons fire from more than six enemies. The
Mech was later salvaged from the battlefield, but has not yet been completely
repaired.
