    Elite Ristar

Mechwarrior Cecil has spent much time honing his near perfect Mechwarrior
talents.  Beginning as a talented young warrior, Cecil destroyed all 3 of his
enemies during his opening trials.  Rising in rank much faster than most well
established Clan officials, Cecil has received many honors for the numerous
battles he has fought in.  Among the elite Nova Cats who first invaded the Inner
Sphere, Cecil has witnessed his Clan go full circle in a matter of 12 years.  He
identifies with his Khans’ visions and believes the Nova Cats are an important
part in the safety of the Inner Sphere.
Cecil’s most recent exploits before joining the Strikers involve protecting Nova
Cat worlds from Clan Ghost Bear attacks.  Though the Ghost Bears hold many
galaxies in their Touman, Cecil believes that the teaming of the Draconis
Combine and Nova Cats will ensure the safety of Inner Sphere peoples.
Cecil’s dedication to his life as a warrior is almost unimaginable.  Spending
countless hours upon hours, days after days practicing his skills has made him
the elite Ristar Mechwarrior he is today.  There is no doubt to his dedication,
loyalty, and love to his warrior way of life.  For his devout acts, he is admired by
nearly all Clan warriors as well as Inner Sphere Strikers such as Duo Maxwell,
Sir Owen, and Sir Christopher.  All of these Inner Sphere members believe
dedication to the warrior way of life is an important part of being a Mechwarrior.
Other Inner Sphere members of the Strikers also think much of Cecil.  During
combat, his incredible skills have repeatedly made the Strikers grateful he is on
their side.  Mechwarrior Cecil is an excellent example to all that the Clan society
    can truly produce perfect warriors.
Cecil’s relationship to his star is that of a commander, leader, and comrade.
Despite his exemplary talents, Cecil maintains a realistic image of himself.  He
rarely takes advantage of his rank, except when starmates refuse to listen to
reason.  All Nova Cat Strikers definitely fear Cecil in one way or another.
Though he ranks lower or equal to some of the Strikers’ other Nova Cat leaders,
his skills are undoubtedly on even ground with that of Star Colonel Devon
Carns.  Cecil’s dedication and performance have earned him the rare Nova Cat
BattleMech.  He is honored to pilot the totem Mech of his Clan.
Since the deaths of both commanders of the unit, Cecil has been a different
person.  It is not entirely clear what has happened to his enthusiasm and
dedication, both of which seem to be missing in recent months.  Most of his
teammates blame his decision to use naval bombardment against the Blakist
forces guilty for the commanders deaths.  The urgent circumstances of the
enemy’s attack led to Cecil’s responsibility for organizing a counterstrike,
largely because of the absence of Sasha Breen at the time of the attack.  Cecil’s
decision to orbitally strike the Blakists resulted in hundreds of civilian deaths,
an unfortunate effect that many of his fellow Clan pilots felt was necessary and
unpreventable.  The guilt or something else has reduced his activity within the
unit, and he now remains more silent than ever, allowing Rydia and Sasha Breen
to debate most of the Clan half’s decisions without him.
